    • 1.将鸡爪泡洗干净,切掉指甲,加葱姜料酒香料下锅煮八分钟。

    • 4.斩块,有时间的话或以脱骨。
    • 5.将果醋一点糖盐泡椒及水兑成汁,将鸡爪放入其中。
    • 6.加盖存于冰箱冷藏。一天后开盖即可食用。
