    • 1.材料包括:梅菜,猪肉,冬菇  猪肉搅碎,(可以叫肉档的老板搅碎,一般他们都有搅拌机的猪肉瘦肉和肥肉的比例是3:1),梅菜和冬菇也剁碎备用。
    • 2.将梅菜,冬菇和肉碎混合,加上酱油,盐,糖,淀粉,搅拌均匀。
    • 3.在肉饼的表面戳一个孔,容易煮熟。然后上锅蒸。
    • 4.蒸大概15分钟左右就熟了,拌饭是好搭档。
