Steps to make 酸辣玉米面

  • 1.准备食材,番茄洗净,开水烫一下,去皮,黄瓜去皮洗净,辣椒洗净,这些食材都不是必须的,夏天可以随自己喜欢的口味更换食材。
  • 2.这就是玉米面条,属于半干状态的面条,我们这边早市场就有卖的,一次吃不完要冷冻起来,因为它处于半干状态,夏天保存不好容易变质。
  • 3.这面条好煮不碎,锅中加入适量的水,面条冷水下锅,中火烧开,煮3分钟左右,感觉口感适宜就捞出来,喜欢更软一点的,关火泡1分钟再捞出。
  • 4.捞出的玉米面条过冷水。
  • 5.关火后打入鸡蛋做荷包蛋,盖上锅盖,待鸡蛋定型后再开火煮熟,圆白菜也扔锅里烫一下。
  • 6.黄瓜切丝,番茄切片,圆白菜切丝,辣椒切点小圈,剩余切丝,大蒜、葱去皮洗净切碎。
  • 7.自制辣椒酱、果醋(可以多放点,甜酸的口感)、生抽放入碗中一起调成料汁。口重的可以加点盐,我没加刚刚好。
  • 8.捞出面条码入碗中,摆上各种自己喜欢的蔬菜与荷包蛋,撒入芝麻。
