朋友送的土鸡,很正,适合做白切,广式都是比较清淡,一般加蒜蓉,姜蓉,葱花,很少加辣椒,这次我们加入小米辣。

  • 香油1匙

Steps to make 白切鸡(辣)

  • 1.土鸡取一半。
  • 2.冷水下锅,加姜片,煮15分钟。
  • 3.刚好熟透即可。
  • 4.捞起来干净水冷却。备好配料。
  • 5.冷却后切块摆盘。
  • 6.下油爆香辣椒、蒜、姜。
  • 7.加入少量鸡汤,酱油,生粉勾芡。
  • 8.做好的配料淋上鸡块即可。
  • 9.成品。
