Steps to make 酸汤牛肉

  • 1.新鲜牛肋条买回,洗净,浸泡一会,换两次水。
  • 2.改刀切小块。
  • 3.入冷水锅,放入料酒。
  • 4.焯水备用,水开后打掉血沫,保持开锅两分钟。
  • 5.再次洗净牛肉,另起一锅水,放入葱姜。
  • 6.大火烧开。
  • 7.倒入一份酸汤肥牛料(我用浓汤宝家的,你可以根据喜欢买)小火煲一个小时。
  • 8.盖上盖子,炖煮到牛肉软烂即可关火。
  • 9.吃时根据喜欢可放入少许盐调节咸淡,撒葱花和香菜。
  • 10.汤汁酸辣,牛肉软烂。
