Steps to make 香煎东北粘豆包

  • 1.这是网购的粘豆包,是粘大黄米面做的,颜色金黄,黏糯而有弹性的哪一种。
  • 2.锅中加入适量的油,下入粘豆包,煎至用铲子能推动为好,最好用平底锅来煎,我在外地没有平底锅。
  • 3.一面煎好后,翻面煎。
  • 4.翻面煎至用铲子能推动时,加入半碗水,盖上锅盖,焖至无水就好。
  • 5.无水后再翻动煎至表面脆脆的就好了,如果喜欢还可以用勺子敲打成年糕饼,更好吃,就是麻烦一点点。
  • 6.出锅装盘,蘸白糖吃香甜软糯,太好吃了。
