百香果奶昔
过年吃多了大鱼大肉,来点解腻的饮品是必须的。我喜好百香果的味道,买了一包回来做百香果蜜泡水喝。今天做了些原味酸奶,自己做的酸奶非常浓稠,加点百香果蜜搅打成奶昔味道很不错。

Steps to make 百香果奶昔

  • 1.纯牛奶4盒,倒入锅里。注意所有用具和容器先用开水煮了消毒。
  • 2.取约100毫升的牛奶加入菌粉,充分搅拌到菌粉融化。
  • 3.再把菌粉奶倒入锅里。
  • 4.充分搅拌均匀。
  • 5.倒入容器里,烤箱42度保温发酵7个小时。
  • 6.发酵好的酸奶,自己发的酸奶非常浓稠。
  • 7.百香果两个取果肉,再放入两勺蜂蜜做成百香果蜜。
  • 8.取一半百香果蜜和一杯酸奶一起倒入破壁机里。
  • 9.果汁功能搅打成奶昔。
  • 10.杯子底部倒入剩余的百香果蜜,上面倒上百香果奶昔即可。
