玫瑰西米露奶冻

Steps to make 玫瑰西米露奶冻

  • 1.玫瑰花瓣里倒入牛奶浸泡。(最好隔夜浸泡,味道更浓),密封冷藏保存。
  • 2.大火烧开水,倒入西米露,煮到看见那个小白心,关火焖至全透明,过冷水待用。
  • 3.把玫瑰花瓣里的牛奶沥出,放糖煮开。
  • 4.加入淡奶油,搅拌均匀,放入事先用冰水泡软的吉利丁,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.然后过滤一下。
  • 6.倒入铺了西米露的杯子里,盖上盖子,送入冰箱冷藏四个小时以上。
  • 7.拿出来,捏碎花瓣洒在上面,切点水果装点一下!一份美美哒甜品就做好了!
