这款面包出现在我家已经N次了,它的奶香味让你永远无法拒绝,喜欢它吗?那就狠狠咬上一口吧!它会让你知道一切的等待都是值得的。。。

Details of ingredients

  • A料:高筋粉500g
  • 细砂糖15g
  • 酵母3g
  • 牛奶160g
  • 动物性鲜奶油140g
  • 蛋白35g
  • 黄油10g
  • B料:蛋白40g
  • 细砂糖75g
  • 6g
  • 酵母2g
  • 奶粉30g
  • C料:黄油10g

Steps to make 就是这么爱你。。。奶香土司(冷藏发酵)

  • 1.准备好所需材料
  • 2.将所有A料放入面包机揉至卷起阶段即可
  • 3.先室温发酵半小时,再送入冰箱冷藏发酵18小时以上
  • 4.第二天将发酵好的面团取出,撕成小块放入面包机
  • 5.加入B料揉至均匀
  • 6.最后加入C料里的10g黄油继续揉至出膜
  • 7.面包机里拿出,室温下继续发酵半小时
  • 8.分成六等份,滚圆,松弛15分钟
  • 9.取一面团擀成长圆形
  • 10.由上到下的慢慢卷起
  • 11.全部卷好后再重复这一擀卷一次,共卷两次,这样的土司才会更加的绵细
  • 12.将卷过两次后的面团均匀放入土司模内
  • 13.最后发酵至7.5-8分满即可,这款土司的弹性比较大,所以最好不要超过8八满
  • 14.进入烤箱前在面包表面轻轻刷上一层蛋液,送入170度烤箱30分钟左右
  • 15.超柔软的,奶香味十足的土司搞定了
