补气养血---枣泥海绵蛋糕
红枣富含蛋白质,脂肪,有机酸,维生素,钙,铁等丰富的营养成份,经常吃点大枣能提高人体免疫力,养气补血,安神健脾性。用红枣做个有营养又好吃的海绵蛋糕,切成小块儿打点奶油简单装饰一下,用来待客还不错吧!

  • 红枣泥85克
  • 玉米油30毫升
  • 低粉120克
  • 2克
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 红糖90克
  • 朗姆酒3至4滴
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 砂糖10克

Steps to make 补气养血---枣泥海绵蛋糕

  • 1.去核红枣温水浸泡涨发,煮至枣软烂。
  • 2.连枣带水倒入料理机,打成泥状。
  • 3.取85克枣泥加入玉米油、盐,搅匀。
  • 4.鸡蛋打入无油无水容器,加入红糖、3-4滴朗姆酒,先用电动打蛋器以低速打起粗泡,再以高速打发。
  • 5.打至拉起头部时蛋液不滴落的状态。
  • 6.将低筋面粉、盐混合过筛两次,分次撒在蛋糊表面,用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀,注意不要划圈,避免消泡。
  • 7.取少量面糊加到枣泥中,快速拌匀。
  • 8.枣泥糊倒入蛋糊中,拌匀。
  • 9.倒入18X18cm方形模具中,轻震排出大气泡。
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,上下火、中层烘烤25分钟即可出炉。( 烤制过程中根据上色情况加盖锡纸)
  • 11.蛋糕倒扣放凉切块。
  • 12.淡奶油加入细砂糖中速打至7成发,装入裱花袋中挤在蛋糕上装饰即可。
