Steps to make 抹茶杏仁饼干

  • 1.黄油放在室温下软化。
  • 2.放入糖粉、白砂糖和食盐。
  • 3.用手动打蛋器把糖和黄油拌匀。
  • 4.分次加入蛋液拌匀,每一次蛋液和黄油充分融合再加入下一次。
  • 5.加入过筛的低筋面粉和抹茶粉。
  • 6.拌匀成抹茶饼干面团。
  • 7.加入切碎的杏仁,杏仁和抹茶饼干面团拌匀。
  • 8.将抹茶杏仁面团放在保鲜袋里整形,我把它搓成圆形和方形两种了,放在冰箱里冷藏3小时以上。。
  • 9.将冷臧硬的饼干面团切片放在烤盘里。
  • 10.放入180度预热的烤箱中层,上下火烘烤18分钟。
