【湖南】土匪猪肝

  • 猪肝250克
  • 白胡椒粉2克
  • 干红辣椒8个
  • 蒜苗1小把
  • 菜籽油50ml
  • 生粉5克
  • 酱油2茶匙
  • 白酒2汤匙
  • 大蒜5瓣
  • 1小块
  • 豆豉5克

Steps to make 【湖南】土匪猪肝

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.把猪肝切成5mm左右的片。
  • 3.加入白酒和牛奶,用手抓一抓,然后用用冲洗三遍。
  • 4.沥去水份,加入白酒、酱油白胡椒粉、鸡精、生粉,抓匀,最后点入几滴香油反复抓匀。
  • 5.姜和蒜拍扁。辣椒用剪子剪成小段。蒜苗用刀斜切成约1厘米的段。
  • 6.锅烧热加入油,多放点。加入姜、蒜、辣椒炸香。
  • 7.加入豆豉炒一炒。
  • 8.放入猪肝反复炒约10秒。
  • 9.放入鸡精和蒜苗炒,点入香油出锅。
