橙香蜜汁鸡翅

Steps to make 橙香蜜汁鸡翅

  • 1.橙子皮切成丝,放入打花刀的鸡翅,并加入姜丝、生抽和少量料酒腌制10分钟~
  • 2.将腌制后的鸡翅放入油锅煎,如果喜欢皮脆的可以多煎一会~此时不要加入橙丝、姜丝,仅是煎鸡翅
  • 3.鸡翅煎5、6分钟后,盛方一侧,锅内放入之前腌制鸡翅的橙丝、姜丝
  • 4.加入煎制的鸡翅,并加入清水,生抽、冰糖一起盖锅盖小火烧~
  • 5.在汤出现较大泡泡时,将姜丝、橙丝等从锅中取走,加入少量白醋,继续烧鸡翅~
  • 6.在鸡翅完全上色出锅前,加入橙子块,翻炒两下就可以出锅啦~
