椰蓉曲奇
平时喜欢做用椰蓉做面包,味道香香的。把椰蓉放在曲奇中,味道也是很赞的。因为放了椰蓉,所以要把常用的原味曲奇中的面粉量相应地减少一些。

Steps to make 椰蓉曲奇

  • 1.所有的材料准备好
  • 2.牛奶和细砂糖混合,隔水加热融化,晾凉备用
  • 3.黄油软化后,用电动打蛋器打发
  • 4.分三次加入牛奶白糖混合液,每次都要和黄油充分混合后,再加入下一次
  • 5.将黄油打到体积略膨大,出现光泽时,加入椰蓉、盐
  • 6.筛入蛋糕粉
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀将拌匀,无干粉状即可,不要过度搅拌
  • 8.取一个大号裱花嘴入裱花袋中,将适量曲奇糊入袋中
  • 9.在不粘烤盘上按自己喜欢的方式挤出曲奇生坯来,一共挤了两盘
  • 10.入预热好的烤箱中,180度,上下火,15分钟左右,表面呈金黄色
  • 11.曲奇出炉,晾架上晾凉后密封保存
  • 12.色泽金黄,口感酥脆
  • 13.花纹也很清晰
