Steps to make 萝卜丝饼

  • 1.萝卜去皮切丝。
  • 2.在水中放入虾干煮开,放入萝卜丝焯水1分钟。
  • 3.捞出萝卜丝挤干水分,放入大碗中,加入切碎的葱和虾干,盐,鱼露,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.在面粉中倒入凉水,用筷子搅拌成絮状,再用手揉成光滑面团。
  • 5.包上保鲜膜饧40分钟。
  • 6.切成六小段,图上少了一段,忽略。
  • 7.揉成椭圆形状的面饼放入油中浸泡15分钟。
  • 8.将面饼擀成长条薄面皮
  • 9.在一段放上馅料
  • 10.将面皮往前包。
  • 11.将面皮往左包。
  • 12.将面皮往右包,再重复两次之后一直往前包。
  • 13.将包好的面团竖起防置十分钟左右,按扁调整成圆饼装。
  • 14.加热锅,倒入油,放入饼,小火,两面煎至金黄,约3分钟每面。
