祛湿薏米山药糊
堆着一堆新鲜铁棍山药,不想再去用干山药片。
往日里用生山药打豆浆,黏黏滑滑的感觉,没有想象中的糊糊感。不知道山药蒸熟后再打浆,会不会变成米糊那样的糊呢?试试。结果,好像也没有太大的不同。
薏米,山药,茯苓,都是祛湿的好东西。只是,茯苓其实并不太好吃,虽然只占三分之一的量,但似乎,它的味道要略微明显一些。而两颗大枣竟然也能让这一整缸豆浆带上些许甜味,或许,再甜一些,会好喝一点?。。。。

  • 铁棍山药150克
  • 大枣2颗
  • 1500毫升

Steps to make 祛湿薏米山药糊

  • 1.用料:薏米30克,茯苓30克,铁棍山药150克,大枣2颗,水1500毫升
  • 2.将薏米茯苓洗净,
  • 3.加水浸泡至涨发。
  • 4.山药洗净切段,放入锅中蒸熟,
  • 5.切小段,备用。
  • 6.红枣洗净,去核,切小丁,备用。
  • 7.将滤布套在滤网架上,装入豆腐机打浆桶。
  • 8.倒入所有材料,
  • 9.加入清水。
  • 10.盖好盖子,
  • 11.放入机座,卡好。
  • 12.启动豆浆功能。
  • 13.打浆结束,取下打浆桶
  • 14.揭盖,
  • 15.取走滤网架,使渣浆混合,
  • 16.倒出。
