Steps to make 非油炸可乐饼

  • 1.土豆去皮切片蒸熟,我还捎带蒸了些南瓜。
  • 2.蒸熟的土豆别加水,用料理棒打成泥。
  • 3.炒锅放少许油,放入洋葱碎炒出香味。
  • 4.放入熟肉末炒匀即可。因为熟肉末是咸的,所以不必再放盐了。
  • 5.炒好的肉末放入土豆泥中。
  • 6.拌匀。
  • 7.手上抹油,把土豆泥团成团后放入面包糠里滚一下。
  • 8.放入预热好的空气炸锅,表面刷少许油,180度,定时15分钟。
  • 9.中间翻一次面,炸至表皮金黄酥脆即可。
  • 10.外焦里嫩的非油炸可乐饼。
