  • 黄油60g
  • 全脂奶粉35g
  • 细砂糖15g
  • 全蛋液22g
  • 1/8小勺(0.625ML)

Steps to make 特浓奶香果酱酥饼

  • 1.黄油切成小块,室温软化
  • 2.蛋液准备好
  • 3.低粉+全脂奶粉,先过筛,一旁备用
  • 4.软化好的黄油,加入细砂糖和盐,用打蛋器打发至体积蓬松
  • 5.分次倒入全蛋液,搅打均匀,成为均匀蓬松的混合物
  • 6.将低粉+全脂奶粉再次过筛,倒入黄油糊中
  • 7.用硅胶刮刀翻拌均匀,使之完全混合,翻拌成如图中所示湿润的面糊
  • 8.用手将面糊分成小分,约21g左右一个,揉成小圆球
  • 9.烤盘上铺好油纸,依次做好全部
  • 10.用手指在小球的中心往下按,按成如图中所示的小坑即可
  • 11.用勺子将果酱挖入小坑中
  • 12.依次将果酱填满所有的小坑
  • 13.将烤箱预热好,上下火,中层,180度,15分钟左右,烤至表面呈金黄色即可出炉,在冷却架上凉透即可享用
