Steps to make 四川腊肠披萨

  • 1.四川腊肠切片、葱、马苏里拉芝士切粒
  • 2.四川腊肠煎熟,玉米炒熟
  • 3.饼底材料全放在面包机中(高粉,水 、酵母、黄油、糖、盐)
  • 4.搅拌成团后发酵2倍大
  • 5.取出面团排气,静置40分钟
  • 6.把面团擀成烤盘大小,用叉子插一些小孔在面坯上
  • 7.在面团上涂上小许黑椒酱(不能下太多),洒一些马苏里拉芝士
  • 8.再下四川腊肠片与玉米
  • 9.洒葱粒
  • 10.把烤盘放进180度烤箱中,烤15分钟
  • 11.取出披萨在边上涂上橄榄油
  • 12.把余下的马苏里拉芝士洒在披萨上
  • 13.再次把披萨放进烤箱里,待马苏里拉芝士烤至溶化,色带金黄色
  • 14.取出即可食用
