流心芝士塔
一直想做一款流心芝士塔,家里东西都很齐全,今天第一次尝试,味道还是不错的~就是样子还需要改进……

  • 砂糖20g
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 奶油奶酪125g
  • 淡奶油100g
  • 砂糖15g
  • 香草精2g

Steps to make 流心芝士塔

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.黄油室温软化,加砂糖,打发。
  • 3.加入一个鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉。
  • 5.混合成团后,放入冰箱冷藏半小时。
  • 6.奶油奶酪隔水融化。
  • 7.加入砂糖,淡奶油,和香草精。
  • 8.搅拌均匀后放入裱花袋,放入冰箱冷藏,待用。
  • 9.将面团取出,擀成薄厚均匀的薄片,压出形状,放入模具中,用叉子在底部刺出小孔。
  • 10.烤箱200度烤15~20分钟,边缘焦黄即可。
  • 11.挤入芝士酱,放入冷冻室冷冻半小时。
  • 12.取出,表面刷一层蛋黄液,入烤箱250度,上层,烤10分钟左右上色即可。
  • 13.完成~
