玫瑰情人饼

  • 1.水油皮的制作,把水和猪油一同倒入面粉里、揉成水油面团,揉至面团光滑
  • 2.制作油酥、把猪油倒入面粉里揉成光滑的面团备用!
  • 3.糯米粉炒熟倒入玫瑰花酱里搅拌,加入花生碎
  • 4.松弛好的面团,水油皮分成均等的小面团;
  • 5.水油皮揉圆,取一块油酥面团,用水油皮包住油酥面团;
  • 6.取一块面团,擀开成椭圆形
  • 7.卷起来,收口朝上
  • 8.依次做好所有的卷卷,盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟
  • 9.取一块面团,再次擀开成椭圆形,卷起来
  • 10.依次做好所有的卷卷,盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟
  • 11.取一卷松弛好的油酥皮,收口朝上,大拇指从中间按下去,四角向中间收紧成圆球状,搓圆,用擀面杖擀扁,包入玫瑰花酱
  • 12.全部做好,用筷子沾点红曲粉的汁点到饼上,入烤箱,180℃上下火烘焙20分钟
