Steps to make 麻球(麻团)

  • 1.将水与主料用手在盆中揉和。
  • 2.揉至表面光滑,就可以了,在此之前要烧半桶水,要用,等揉好面,水大概就煮开了。
  • 3.然后把揉好面分一个个的下锅煮,煮飘起来。大概10分钟。
  • 4.如图全部飘起来就可以了,那在煮的过程中,把辅料准备好。
  • 5.就是把剩下所有倒入打面桶,把煮熟的糯米粉一起打,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.一起在搅拌桶内打10分钟左右。
  • 7.打好后弄出来放在桌子上,桌面撒些面粉防止粘。搓长条切一个个下来。
  • 8.称250克一个,粘水滚芝麻。在用保鲜膜裹好。
  • 9.包上保鲜膜防止干裂。
  • 10.油锅炸时撕下保鲜膜,一直翻,不用压,不用按!
  • 11.空心麻球,很大很大!很薄很薄!很脆很脆!很好吃!
