香煎水晶虾饺

Steps to make 香煎水晶虾饺

  • 1.将虾剥壳去虾线
  • 2.用刀剁成泥,肥肉也剁成泥
  • 3.将虾泥和肉混混合,调入盐、胡椒粉、料酒和葱姜末,用筷子往一个方向搅至起劲
  • 4.澄面和玉米淀粉混合,一边冲入沸水一边用筷子搅,至雪花状
  • 5.用手揉面团,加少量猪油揉进
  • 6.揉成光滑的面团,用保鲜膜包牢醒一下
  • 7.取小份面团搓圆按扁,擀成圆薄片
  • 8.放入馅料
  • 9.对折包起,捏紧边缘就行了
  • 10.平底锅放少量油,小火加热放入虾饺
  • 11.煎至两面透明微黄即可
  • 12.非常美味哦!
