Steps to make 酥皮泡芙

  • 1.112克水加10克糖加黄油加热后放入低粉烫熟
  • 2.放凉后加入鸡蛋液一起搅拌均匀后用打蛋器搅拌至顺滑
  • 3.装入裱花袋垂直挤成圆形
  • 4.黄油融化后放凉后,慢慢倒入一部分到60克面粉中,搓到一定程度(不能太湿)
  • 5.此图片已经太湿了,可以抓成团就可以了。放入粗糖搅拌均匀后,用刀压成薄片
  • 6.用刀压成薄片后放在前面挤成圆形的泡芙上
  • 7.烤箱预热10分钟
  • 8.上下火180°15——20分钟,烤好放凉在底部剪一下挤入奶油就可以了。
