Steps to make 盐焗鸽子

  • 1.买来的鸽子店家已处理的非常干净 ,拿回来只需用清水冲洗一下就可以了。
  • 2.鸽子里里外外用盐焗粉涂抹均匀。
  • 3.表面再刷点油 ,腌制一个小时,更好的入味。
  • 4.准备几张油纸 ,将鸽子包裹起来 。
  • 5.严严实实的包裹住。
  • 6.锅中倒入几包盐 ,翻炒至热 。
  • 7.炒热后的盐,先盛一半出来。
  • 8.锅里留一半 ,把鸽子放进盐内 。
  • 9.刚盛出的盐倒入鸽子表面 ,把鸽子完全遮盖住 。
  • 10.盖上锅盖,小火焖1个小时,关火后再焖半小时。
  • 11.时间到,开盖取出。
  • 12.打开油纸,香喷喷的。
  • 13.成品。盐焗鸽子,好吃不上火。
