Steps to make 日式照烧烤鱿鱼

  • 1.鱿鱼洗净,去掉皮和爪子。
  • 2.将每个鱿鱼切成两片,串上竹签。
  • 3.用料酒腌制20分钟。
  • 4.将剩下的日式照烧酱都挤到碗里。
  • 5.烤盘铺上锡纸。
  • 6.把鱿鱼刷上一层照烧酱。
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱中,用200度烤6分钟取出刷一层酱。
  • 8.反过面来。
  • 9.刷上一层照烧酱。
  • 10.放入烤箱再烤6分钟即可。
  • 11.取出来稍晾。
  • 12.放入盘中,即可享用。
