Steps to make 豆沙甜饭

  • 1.250克糯米洗净,水没过糯米浸泡一宿,捞出沥干。
  • 2.水开上笼蒸20分钟左右(中途可淋点热水保持糯米湿润)。
  • 3.加50克白糖(根据个人口味增减白糖用量,也可添加适量猪油)。
  • 4.倒入刚蒸好的糯米饭,从底部不停搅拌至白糖融化。
  • 5.糯米饭搅拌打散后,分次加入50克热水,从底部拌匀至糯米饭彻底吸收掉水分。
  • 6.碗底平铺上保鲜膜(也可在碗底均匀抹上猪油方便脱模)。
  • 7.先在碗底铺上一层糯米饭按压紧实,再将100克豆沙放在中间(根据个人喜好决定豆沙用量)。
  • 8.最后将剩余的糯米饭全部铺在碗里压紧实。
  • 9.等糯米饭凉了后,倒扣在盘子里。
  • 10.用红枣、核桃、白杏仁、枸杞、瓜子仁加以点缀(根据个人口味选择点缀食材)。
  • 11.水开上笼蒸10分钟左右(具体时间取决于自家火力大小)。
