  • 1.翅根洗净控净水分或用厨房纸吸干水分,肉厚的部位切两刀腌制时入味
  • 2.加入叉烧酱、酱油、料酒、糖、五香粉、盐、油抓匀
  • 3.盖上保鲜膜冰箱冷藏6小时以上
  • 4.烤盘铺上锡纸,取出腌制好的翅根平铺,刷一层腌料汁,12只烤2炉
  • 5.上边盖上锡纸
  • 6.烤箱200预热,上下火中层烤20分钟左右
  • 7.取出烤盘,蜂蜜少兑一点水调匀刷在翅根上,再烤10分钟左右
  • 8.出炉。
