  • 1.黄花鱼化冻,洗净去掉内脏。
  • 2.葱切片,姜切丝。
  • 3.黄花鱼中加盐、葱、姜、料酒。
  • 4.拌匀,腌制15分钟。
  • 5.把黄花鱼放入面粉中。
  • 6.两面都沾上面粉。
  • 7.取一个干净锅,放入花生油。
  • 8.六成热放入黄花鱼。
  • 9.炸鱼的过程中一定要保持油的温度。
  • 10.炸到两面金黄色即可。
  • 11.取出来放到一个干净盘里。
  • 12.另取一锅,放入番茄酱、水、白糖、白醋烧开2分钟,用水淀粉勾芡,为了增加亮色,出锅前倒入香油。
  • 13.炸好的黄花鱼放入盘中,不喜欢酸甜口味的,就可以直接吃了。
