    • 1.准备好全部用料。
    • 2.把玉米,莲藕,淮山和鸡块放沙锅里煲好高汤。
    • 3.把玉米和白萝卜放进不锈钢盆底。
    • 4.玉米上面再放淮山,和腐竹。
    • 5.淮山上铺层莲藕片。
    • 6.再把粉丝铺上。
    • 7.粉丝周边围上香菇,大白菜。
    • 8.把酿豆腐放些葱段两边煎成微黄。
    • 9.排骨炸后用洋葱炒香。
    • 10.鱿鱼和西芹用猛火爆香。
    • 11.鸡块放些香菇清蒸。
    • 12.羊肉放点白萝卜炖熟。
    • 13.虾仁放锅炒熟。
    • 14.牛肉炒熟。
    • 15.肉丸放高汤里面煮熟。
    • 16.做好的的素料,荤料。
    • 17.焖几分钟
    • 18.装满食材的不锈钢盘放到电磁炉上边,加高汤,边吃。
