豆沙馅饼
这个豆沙饼特别好吃,我用干烙的方式先将饼干烙制定型,再加上豆沙,下锅加入少量的油煎至两边金黄。所以口感非常的软、香,这个在家也很容易制作。再配上一杯自己磨的花生牛奶豆浆,健康美味的早餐就做好了。 亲们,有空一定要试试哦!

Steps to make 豆沙馅饼

  • 1.将称好的面粉放在干净的盆内,加入250毫升烧开的滚水将一半的面粉用筷子搅拌成松散状,再加入160毫升冷水将剩下的一半面团搅拌成松散状。然后用手将面团揉至“三光”,即面光、盆光、手光。将揉好的面团表面撒上一些干面粉,盖上保鲜膜松驰20分钟。
  • 2.将松驰好的面团搓成长条,分割成小份。
  • 3.取一个面团搓圆,擀成薄薄的圆形面皮,擀的过程中不断的撤一些干粉,避免黏住工作台面,擀的越薄口感越好。擀好之后刷掉面皮表面的面粉。
  • 4.平底锅不要放油, 开小火将锅烧热,放入擀好的面皮干烙至两面定型出锅待用。
  • 5.将豆沙滚上一点干面粉擀成长方形,切掉四周部多余的部分。取一张烙好的面皮。放上整好形的豆沙。
  • 6.将面皮上下左右对折。
  • 7.平底锅放一点油,将饼皮对折面朝下放入锅内。小火煎至两边金黄出锅。
