    Steps to make 鸡汁翡翠卷

    • 1.原料图。
    • 2.白菜叶切去帮。
    • 3.锅内烧开水,倒入适量色拉油,将切好的白菜叶略烫软,捞出泡在凉水中。
    • 4.肉末加入配料和调料(鸡汁除外)打上胶有粘性。
    • 5.取一片白菜叶,上面放适量的肉馅。
    • 6.卷半圈时,把左右两边白菜叶往里折。
    • 7.再卷好。
    • 8.开水上蒸锅,大火蒸8分钟至熟。(蒸的时间按肉馅的大小定时)
    • 9.蒸好的白菜卷底部有一定汤汁,把汤汁倒入锅中调入适量的鸡汁,小火芡汁后淋在蒸好的白菜卷上即可。
