番茄豌豆肉酱意面
好久没有吃意面了,好象那包意面也买挺久了的,赶紧煮了吃吧,不要浪费了。最简单的番茄肉酱面,加点豌豆和新鲜香菇,只是番茄酱快没了,今天这个番茄又比较脆,煮得不烂,酱比较少,还不小心煮干了点,汁少了点。

Steps to make 番茄豌豆肉酱意面

  • 1.番茄洗干净,在顶上划一个十字。
  • 2.水烧开后,倒一点油,下意面,顺便把番茄丢下去烫一两分钟,这样方便番茄撕皮。
  • 3.番茄烫好后,捞起,从十字花刀那开始撕皮,然后切成丁。
  • 4.新鲜香菇洗净切丁,瘦肉切末,豌豆洗干净。
  • 5.按照包装袋上的煮制时间,意面也煮好了,捞起。如果有橄榄油,也可以倒一汤匙橄榄油拌匀,防止面粘连。
  • 6.锅洗干净,擦干水,烧热,倒入和瘦肉差不多量的油,下肉末迅速扒散,炒至肉末变色盛起。
  • 7.如果锅里油太少了,就加一点油,下豌豆香菇煸炒两分钟,这样好吃一点。然后盛起。
  • 8.再倒2汤匙油,倒入番茄丁煸炒至油变红色。
  • 9.倒入前面炒好的肉末和香菇丁豌豆。
  • 10.加入适量番茄酱,这个根据个人喜好放,喜欢就多倒一些。
  • 11.倒入大半碗开水,拌匀,尝下咸淡,加适量盐调味,然后盖上煮三五分钟。豌豆一定要煮熟哟。
  • 12.番茄肉酱煮到粘稠,就好了,可以直接倒在意面上拌匀,也可以将意面回锅翻炒几下更入味。
