李子红茶磅蛋糕

  • 低筋粉300g(或中筋面)
  • 常温牛奶140g
  • 洋鸡蛋1个
  • 食用油110g
  • 小苏打5g
  • 红茶末5g
  • 香草香精5g
  • 李子4颗
  • 白糖90g
  • 精盐3g

Steps to make 李子红茶磅蛋糕

  • 1.打入一个鸡蛋,倒入140克常温牛奶,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 2.接着秤入110克食用油、90克白糖、3克精盐、5克小苏打或9克泡打粉。
  • 3.用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 4.倒入300克的低筋粉或中筋粉,用刮刀翻拌均匀。再用手动打蛋器搅打细腻。
  • 5.倒入一瓶盖的香草香精,差不多5克左右。
  • 6.秤入5克红茶末,用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 7.模具内壁涂抹上食用油,利于脱模。
  • 8.倒入面糊,震出大气泡。
  • 9.烤箱提前预热至200度,十分钟。
  • 10.4颗李子洗干净后,对半切开,去核。
  • 11.整齐地摆放李子。
  • 12.放入烤箱,上下火,200度,烤50分钟。
  • 13.左边是放了9克泡打粉的,右边是放5克小苏打的。
  • 14.泡打粉的这款内芯颜色偏淡黄色。
  • 15.小苏打的则偏橙黄色。
  • 16.冷却10-15分钟后脱模。第二天吃,味道更佳。
  • 17.蛋糕完全冷却后,切片更容易,也不怎么掉渣。
