    Steps to make 【糖醋排骨】

    • 1.准备食材。
    • 2.排骨放入大碗中,加料酒、生抽拌匀,腌15分钟。
    • 3.锅里倒入油,烧至7成热,放入排骨炸。
    • 4.转中火将排骨煎至两面成金黄色后捞出备用,调好糖醋汁(将醋、生抽、老抽、糖混合,搅匀成调味汁备用。)
    • 5.锅里倒油,放入葱段和姜片炝出香味。
    • 6.放入排骨炒匀。
    • 7.倒入调好的糖醋汁。
    • 8.再倒入水中小火炖40分钟左右排骨酥烂,大火收汁即可,撒上熟的白芝麻。
