这是一款酱肉,用五花肉加玫瑰腐乳汁和排骨酱做出的,咸中略带微甜,说起酱方,就是将肉先腌制再炖制,我感觉有些象红烧肉,又有些象卤肉,反正我对肉的口感总是无法精准的形容,因为几乎我很少吃肉,呵呵,但不吃不代表就可以不做,我LG是肉食动物,所以我说这是男人也喜欢的玫瑰,我想喜欢肉食的朋友应该都不排斥,花点小心思,平凡的食材也可以华丽的变身......

  • 八角2、3颗

Steps to make 男人也会喜欢的玫瑰——一品玫瑰酱方

  • 1.将五花肉切成小方块,加料酒焯水,洗净、沥干
  • 2.将五花方肉加玫瑰腐乳汁、排骨酱、绍酒、盐腌制一夜入味
  • 3.取沙锅,铺上葱段、姜片
  • 4.将五花方肉皮朝下,码入沙锅,接着放入洗干净的香料、冰糖
  • 5.倒入剩余的玫瑰腐乳汁和排骨酱
  • 6.盖上盖,大火煮开后,小火1个小时,中间1个小时后加盐调味,色不够用老抽或者红烧汁调色
  • 7.将炖好的肉放在汤汁中浸泡8-10个小时,使其充分入味
  • 8.将做好的酱肉从原汤中捞出,沥干
  • 9.切成薄片,如果不易成型,可先放冰箱冷藏,这样方便切,然后就可以浇上肉汁吃了,可以凉吃,也可以热吃
  • 10.我为了拍图,用小茶杯一片一片错开,码成了玫瑰花的形状
