前两天同事请我吃了麻辣诱惑,然后我这几天就一直觉得想吃东西,特别想吃辣的,昨天晚上半夜睡不着,那会特别想吃东西,特别想再去一次麻辣诱惑,可是无奈没人陪我,而且里面的菜应该也很贵,必须节省,于是决定今天早上一早就去早市买菜做饭,中午自己做麻辣香锅吃,终于,我如愿以偿,吃到了,很大的一碗大部分被我吃了,很满足。因为某人不太能吃辣,我也不敢使劲放佐料,意思意思就行了了,我只要是喜欢的就行。
在中午一点钟的时候终于吃上了,坦白说这次做的比以前有很大进步,以前做过一次,那是没有准备的行动,今天还是比较全的。

  • 豆干两块
  • 豆皮二块
  • 莴笋半根
  • 木耳几朵
  • 金针菇100克
  • 杏鲍菇几个
  • 东北大拉皮150克

Steps to make 麻辣香锅

  • 1.将莴笋和莲藕切片备用。
  • 2.将豆皮,豆干,杏鲍菇,金针菇处理好备用。
  • 3.将木耳泡发洗净。
  • 4.将大虾处理干净洗好。
  • 5.来张全家福,还有一包东北大拉皮,因为我觉得放这里吃也很好吃。
  • 6.起锅烧水,把上面的那些材料放入开水中煮五分钟,捞出备用。我放的辣椒不多,因为某人怕吃辣。
  • 7.把需要焯水的材料过一遍水,八成熟的样子。
  • 8.焯好的莴笋,莲藕,杏鲍菇
  • 9.起锅放油,油五成热的时候放入6中的材料小火煸,然后放入葱,姜,蒜炒香,再放入豆瓣酱、火锅底料炒香。
  • 10.炒虾,虾变色后放入豆制品。然后把其它焯水材料放入一起炒。
  • 11.出锅放入小量盐和酱油调味,调色。
  • 12.出锅后放入容器,再加上香菜就可以了。如果散点芝麻更好了,我忘记了。
