  • 糯米粉45克
  • 澄粉20克
  • 牛奶185克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 葵瓜子油20ml
  • 红豆270克
  • 细砂糖290克
  • 120克
  • 熟面粉20克

Steps to make 冰皮月饼

  • 1.红豆泡后水煮,大火煮开再小火继续煮。
  • 2.煮到红豆酥烂。
  • 3.沥干红豆搅拌机搅打成红豆泥。
  • 4.入炒锅加糖炒至糖融化,再继续小火,加油炒到油和红豆沙充分融合到很干的状态。再平铺在盘子里凉冷。
  • 5.各种粉类混合后加入液体搅拌均匀,大火蒸15-20分钟,凉了就可以了。
  • 6.最后想包汤圆一样,把红豆馅包在糯米皮里,再入模具压成月饼,冷藏后就可以吃了。
  • 7.成品。巧克力色的是粉类里加入了可可粉,粉色是加了少量食用色素。
