用料非常简单的一款果酱,做法超级简单,完完全全的原味!

材料:
苹果2个,清水适量,柠檬汁适量

Steps to make 苹果果酱

  • 1.将苹果洗净削皮
  • 2.用分割工具将苹果去核
  • 3.之后将分割出来的苹果块切片
  • 4.锅内加入适量清水,放入切好的苹果片,开小火熬煮
  • 5.过一段时间,可以看到苹果片变软并析出水分,加盖继续小火熬煮
  • 6.待苹果变得更软一些,用刮刀将苹果片小心戳断
  • 7.继续熬煮,苹果慢慢变得软烂
  • 8.熬至粘稠状,加入适量柠檬汁,关火
  • 9.趁热装入事先准备好的干净玻璃瓶中,倒置晾凉即可
