充气南瓜饼
因南瓜饼里面是空心的,且体积膨胀较大,故称为“充气南瓜饼”
此南瓜饼外皮酥脆,内里香甜绵软,口感非常的好吃。

  • 吉士粉20克
  • 南瓜泥100克
  • 70克
  • 阿蜜糖15克

Steps to make 充气南瓜饼

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.南瓜去皮切块包入保鲜膜。
  • 3.入微波炉中高火5分钟。
  • 4.把吉士粉,糖和泡打粉准备好。
  • 5.把南瓜取出用勺子压成泥。
  • 6.南瓜泥放入糯米粉中,再加入吉士粉。
  • 7.加入阿蜜糖。
  • 8.加入清水。
  • 9.合成南瓜面团。
  • 10.取一半面团入开水中煮熟。
  • 11.另一半生粉面团加入泡打粉。
  • 12.再把煮熟的面团放入用筷子搅拌。
  • 13.然后揉成光滑的面团。
  • 14.把面团分成均匀的小面团滚圆。
  • 15.然后每个沾满芝麻。
  • 16.放入三成热的油锅中炸至。
  • 17.炸至微黄浮起。
  • 18.用手勺轻轻推压,反复3-4次。
  • 19.直到南瓜饼体积膨胀变大。
  • 20.炸制外皮金黄酥脆,捞出沥油即好。
