有它不用愁——基础白豆沙
要说我真是一个豆沙控,喜欢任何一种豆沙,那种细腻而沙沙的口感,在嘴里一点点地散开,一直舒坦到心里去……

像在沙滩上手捧一捧细沙,任它一点点地从手指缝中流泄,温柔而快乐。

美食真的是很奇妙,它用它的千姿百味带给我们一种又一种完全不同的体验,或刺激,或安逸,或温柔,或粗犷,或浪漫,或锐利……

最近的“顶级发挥 沸腾营养好滋味”活动把我的美食热情再一次沸腾了起来,想做许许多多种不同的美食,无奈我家的宝贝不答应啊,吃完饭她就想出去玩。
只能是抽空了,在她睡觉的间隙、在给我们做饭的时候顺便拍一拍,然后发上来与大家一起分享。
虽然说感觉有点忙得慌,不过也蛮开心的!

发现自己有时候真挺懒的,这款白豆沙的豆子买回来快一个月了,一直计划着做呢,想想比较麻烦,就往后拖了又拖,今天一下决定,终于把它给解决掉了。
做好的豆沙我迫不及待地吃了好几勺,甜蜜而满足!

  • 无味植物油约80ml
  • 白糖60克

Steps to make 有它不用愁——基础白豆沙

  • 1.白芸豆提前浸泡一晚。
  • 2.泡好的芸豆去皮,皮不要。
  • 3.去皮后的白芸豆清洗干净后入锅中,加水,水稍比芸豆高一点点即可。
  • 4.煮沸,加入白糖。
  • 5.转小火,慢慢地煮,直煮至芸豆糯烂,水分几乎吸干为止。
  • 6.把勺背把不是很碎的豆子压成细腻的泥。
  • 7.加入植物油,开小火,不停地翻炒。
  • 8.随着翻炒,豆沙开始变少,而且搅拌起来也越来越费力。
  • 9.直到豆沙完全抱成团,看赶快已经比较干,而锅也基本上炒干净了,基础白豆沙就做好了。
