小时候的味道----香煎糍粑
小时候在乡下长大,对乡下的一些传统还是记得,糍粑记忆挺深的,因为我喜欢吃,我妈妈也喜欢吃。我记得糯米在清浸泡后搁蒸笼里蒸熟,再迅 速放在石舀里舂至绵软柔韧。趁热将饭泥制作成可大可小的团状。可以撒些白糖吃,也可以炸来吃,煎着都行。口感软糯,糯米的香,想起都流口水。
             在城市里很少能吃到传统的糍粑,想解馋,自己做家庭版的糍粑,一样很美味,也很方便啊。

Steps to make 小时候的味道----香煎糍粑

  • 1.糯米洗净加适量清水煮熟。(我这是懒人版啊,速度快啊)
  • 2.把煮好的糯米饭趁热倒入大盆里。
  • 3.用擀面棍把糯米锺烂。(烂的程度按自己的喜好,我加盐一起锺的)
  • 4.手粘点冷开水,把把糯米捏成糍粑,放在保鲜膜上。(手粘冷开水可以防粘啊)
  • 5.烧热油把糍粑放下煎。
  • 6.小火将两面煎到金黄。
