用离火续煮锅烹饪玉米冬瓜排骨汤
玉米有清热通淋的功效。对于慢性肾炎,还有改善肾功能和减少尿蛋白的作用,如果买新鲜的玉米,可以取玉米须来泡茶。
千万不要把离火续煮锅外锅直接放在火上烧喔!

  • 1.将排骨剁成块状,玉米切成小段,冬瓜切5mm-10mm厚的片,姜切片。

  • 4.续煮锅里内放冷水,将剁好的排骨冷水下锅,将水烧开,将锅内的白沫去掉,(烧开即可,时间控制)!捞出排骨待用。

  • 8.煮开。
  • 9.适当加少许油。
  • 10.关火,把离火续煮锅内锅 移到外锅里,续煮半小时。
  • 11.大火烧开后,放入外锅,等待30分钟就可以了。我女儿最喜欢我做的排骨汤了。
