凉拌腐竹可以有很多种配菜~

Steps to make 凉拌腐竹

  • 1.腐竹冷水泡软后切段,用开水焯一下断生、胡萝卜切片开水焯一下断生、黄瓜切片,加适量葱花、蒜末、干辣椒、辣椒面、白芝麻。
  • 2.凉锅冷油,下花椒备香后,捞出花椒不要。
  • 3.将热花椒油炝在葱蒜、干辣椒上。
  • 4.根据个人口味加适量白醋、香醋(或陈醋)、薄盐味极鲜、糖、胡椒粉,搅拌均匀即可。
  • 5.黄瓜版凉拌腐竹,酸辣爽口~
  • 6.西芹版凉拌腐竹,颜色鲜亮~
