  • 橙汁45克
  • 色拉油45克

Steps to make 蔓越莓橙汁戚风

  • 1.备好所用材料。
  • 2.蛋黄加色拉油加白糖。
  • 3.打至食材融合。
  • 4.再加入橙汁继续打至融合。
  • 5.将蔓越莓及低粉加入。
  • 6.拌至无干粉状备用。
  • 7.将蛋白先打至粗泡。
  • 8.再分次加糖,打至蛋白发泡。
  • 9.分次将蛋白糊加至在蛋黄糊里,快速拌至融合。
  • 10.将拌好的蛋糕糊加至在蛋糕模里。
  • 11.入烤箱150度烤制45分钟即可。
  • 12.出烤箱后倒扣放凉即可享用。
