紫薯千层蒸糕

Steps to make 紫薯千层蒸糕

  • 1.紫薯去皮,切小丁,加水40克放入微波炉高火叮3分钟.用勺子压成茸.
  • 2.把各种果脯切细丁,备用.
  • 3.全部面粉,加入糖,酵母,剩余的水,紫薯茸,盐放入面包机搅拌成团,然后用和面档继续搓揉,发酵约1个小时.
  • 4.把面团分为8份,用擀面棍擀平,然后用模子压出圆形,放在口径相若的内壁已涂食油的容器.
  • 5.在面片除边缘外的地方放上一层果脯或其他馅料(花生芝麻也可以的);重复这个步骤约4~5次(取决于你想要的蒸糕厚度),最上面那层就不用放馅料了.
  • 6.中间压一下,排气,然后再压紧周边,醒发20分钟后,用微波蒸炉功能蒸15分钟.
  • 7.成品图(我做了2个,一个芝麻花生馅的,一个是果脯馅的)
  • 8.最后一片面皮比较大,可以直接把多于的部分压到边上成为装饰边.
  • 9.每个蒸糕切成6份或者8份,就是这样子的.
