芋圆腊八粥
“腊七腊八,冻死寒鸦”。今天是中国传统的腊八节(农历十二月初八),按照民间习俗,腊八节一定要腌腊八蒜、喝腊八粥驱寒保暖。腊八粥是传统保健食品,富含多种膳食纤维和抗氧化成分,对于控制血糖血脂、减肥都有积极意义。

    Steps to make 芋圆腊八粥

    • 1.首先称量好八宝粥需要的各种食材(红豆、黑米、红粳米、玉米渣、黄豆、花生、糯米、薏米、大枣等,随自己喜好)
    • 2.洗净,用水泡3-4个小时。
    • 3.大枣也洗净,浸泡1个小时左右。
    • 4.用压力锅煮熟即可。
    • 5.提前做好芋圆,
    • 6.用水煮熟,待芋圆浮上水面就代表芋圆煮熟了。
    • 7.煮熟的芋圆放入凉的开水中过一下,以防粘连。
    • 8.盛上一碗热腾腾的八宝粥,可以添加一些红糖调味,放入煮好的芋圆,开吃。太美味了。
