昨天是腊月初一,看到有一种习俗叫“咬灾”,很有趣也很讨喜。就去买来爆米花专用玉米粒,噼噼啪啪爆了起来。

据说,腊月初一当天要吃爆米花、炒瓜子、花生、黄豆、大豆、鸡蛋等食物,叫做“咬灾”,这样可以消灾避难。民间百姓有俗语:“腊月初一要吃炒”,“腊月初一蹦一蹦,全家老小不得病。在有些农村,每年的腊月初一,家家户户都要“炒棒花儿”。(有的地方把玉米都叫做棒子,棒子花就是玉米花)

一是为了给孩子们打打牙祭。二是借着棒子花在锅里爆出“噼噼啪啪”的热闹声,预示着年终岁末的来临,辞旧迎新又开始了。也祈福新的一年无病无灾,平平安安!

    • 1.爆米花专用玉米粒、黄油备齐。
    • 2.玉米粒挑拣一下,冲洗干净。
    • 3.滤水、晾干。
    • 4.黄油切块儿。
    • 5.炒勺烧热,放黄油炒化。
    • 6.放小火,放入玉米粒翻炒至有些玉米粒开始爆花。
    • 7.盖上锅盖,让玉米粒自由地爆花。
    • 8.爆至满锅且基本不再噼噼啪啪响时,打开锅盖,加白糖适量,炒匀。
    • 9.有黄油的香味,有白糖的甜味。
