草莓抱抱卷
春天是吃草莓的时候、草莓好吃颜值又高、非常喜欢、做了几个抱抱卷、被小朋友一口气吃光了*.

  • 香草精2滴
  • 白糖(蛋黄中)10g
  • 玉米油20g
  • 白糖(蛋白中)25g

Steps to make 草莓抱抱卷

  • 1.蛋白、蛋黄分离。
  • 2.蛋黄中加入10克白砂糖拌匀。
  • 3.加入油拌匀。
  • 4.加入牛奶拌匀。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 6.Z字形拌均匀、无干粉、不要划圈。
  • 7.蛋白中加入白糖(分三次放)香草精、用厨师机搅拌。
  • 8.成大泡放入白糖。
  • 9.起纹路再放白糖。
  • 10.打起有小弯沟即可。
  • 11.分三次放入蛋黄糊中。
  • 12.用上下拌的方式、每次都要拌匀。
  • 13.千万别划圈、拌好的糊
  • 14.装入裱花袋中。剪个小口、由里面向外划圆卷的形式、平整无洞、大概巴掌大、哈哈、一个饼的大小、每个间隔一下距离。我做了八个、后面还有个大一点的、摆不下了!
  • 15.入烤箱180度10分钟左右、烤熟即可。
  • 16.趁热用刮刀轻轻翻面凉一下。
  • 17.草莓、芒果切小。
  • 18.挤上淡奶油、我用的瓶装淡奶油、摇一摇就可喷出来那种、如果您现做、150克蛋奶油加入15克的糖。打发至裱花状态即可。
  • 19.摆上草莓和芒果即可。
  • 20.太美了。
