Steps to make 鱼头炖五花肉

  • 1.准备好食材。鱼头洗净,姜切片,肉切块。
  • 2.锅内倒少许油,将五花肉煎至两面金黄。
  • 3.再倒入料酒,老抽上色,生抽,盐,白糖,胡椒粉,放入姜片翻炒均匀。
  • 4.将鱼头铺在五花肉上面,倒入适量的白酒。
  • 5.再加入开水没过鱼头。
  • 6.盖上锅盖焖20分钟,中途加入千张结(不加也可以)
  • 7.20分钟后,先盛出鱼头,五花肉大火收汁,留少许汤汁浇到鱼头上,撒上葱花即可。一道美味佳肴就好了,超级开胃。
